March 6, 2014 (10:39AM EST) Network Wide Load Balancing Issue

SOURCE: Our web hosting provider is experiencing a network wide load balancing issue that is causing their dedicated servers to run slowly or not at all. This is not specific to our server but it is effected. We’ve been told that they are working on the issue as its effected most of their dedicated server clients and they’ll let me know when its resolved.
Unfortunately, there is little we can do to expedite the process.
Please note that this has *not* effect email. Your email should be functioning as normal.
We will post an update once we have more information.
UPDATE March 6, 2014 (1:25PM EST)
We are still in communication with our hosting provider and they are continuing to investigate the load issue on their network. As of now, there is no ETA for completion, and our expectation is that it will not be resolved by close of business today. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as we receive them.
Thanks for your patience.
UPDATE March 6, 2014 (2:17PM EST)
Service to our server has been restored. Again, many thanks for your patience.

September 30 (2:51PM): Server Software Issues

SOURCE: HOSTING CLIENTS: We are having a software issue with one of our servers which is causing websites to run slow or stop completely. This is an intermittent problem and we are working with our network engineers to resolve the situation. We appreciate your patience as we tend to this issue we will post updates here.

July 17 (12:44PM): Server Software Issues

UPDATE 2:20PM: We believe that this issue was resolved at 1:45PM. We will continue to monitor the server to ensure that it is functioning properly.

SOURCE: We have identified an issue with a particular piece of server software that is causing some client sites on one of our dedicated servers to run slowly or “hang”. You may experience a 502 or 504 Error intermittently.  This has been happening sporadically since about 9AM this morning.

We have escalated this issue with our server administrator at our ISP and they are looking into the matter as we speak. Please accept our apologies and understand that we are working on the issue. Thanks for your patience.

We will keep you posted through this thread.
